Our Founder and Principal Lead Consultant is Marko Ilincic, a seasoned global commercial leader who served on the Global Executive Board for The LEGO® Group and has a wealth of experience in leading change, developing high performance teams and executive coaching.

With this deep commercial, strategic and leadership expertise, combined with his extensive coaching experience, it allows Marko to supportively take conversations with leaders to places they may feel they do not want to go, although know they should…
To say that Marko likes to help build things is an understatement! After all, he spent 25 years doing that on behalf of the world’s most famous toy brand, LEGO®. He started his long career there as Marketing Assistant, rising through the ranks to serve on its global Executive Board and has held numerous commercial roles in the UK, across Europe, North America, and Asia.
Marko puts his success down to one consistent, simple focus; To sustainably grow the business and develop leaders of tomorrow.
