In collaboration with Vistage Worldwide, the world’s largest Peer Advisory organisation for small and midsize business leaders, Leaders Lens™ offers CEO/MD Peer to Peer Advisory Groups for senior executives.
Our Founder and Principal Consultant at Leaders Lens™, Marko Ilincic, runs one of our CEO/MD Groups, the members of which represent some of the UK’s most respected and admired brands and businesses.
The CEOs and MDs who represent these organisations, are all dedicated to growing themselves, as well as their businesses. The group provide each other with unbiased perspectives and advice in a completely confidential, highly supportive, yet also challenging environment of openness and trust.
Industry specific forums can inevitably lead to ‘group thinking’. In our CEO Advisory groups, you get fresh perspectives from members with diverse backgrounds in non-compete industry sectors, providing you with new ways of looking at challenges and opportunities. With world class speakers regularly joining meetings to ensure the very latest ‘outside in’ thinking, this is a leadership gym for CEO's & MD's serious about personal and business growth.
Our CEO/MD Group members set aside one day each month to meet with their peer advisory group and work on their business, not in it. That means they make time to tackle the big-picture plans, as well as the issues that may be holding them back. During the meeting, they help each other vet ideas, troubleshoot strategies and find solutions together.
In addition to our CEO Advisory Groups, Leaders Lens™ also offer Emerging Leaders Programmes for developing talent/leaders in organisations, often in mid level management roles. Our current two-year Emerging Leaders Programme consists of a cohort of 24 mid-level executive talents - the future stars of their organisations and industries.
Expert speakers at every session further compliment the programme and its materials, providing the very latest ‘outside in thinking’.
